:My statement about complaints was aimed at previous rounds using the colour 0000ff (as that's what I thought the target one was at the time), not the current round (I did say "in the past"). That said I maintain that the colour 0000bf is perfectly fine as a background; blue does happen to be the darkest of the colours in the mid-range as I see it, but it's not dark enough to warrant white text.
