SWT: NA West Ultimate Regional Finals will be the fourth Super Smash Bros. Ultimate final for Phase Two of the Smash World Tour 2021. The eight players who qualified through the SWT: NA Southwest Ultimate Online Qualifier and the eight players who qualified through the SWT: NA Northwest Ultimate Online Qualifier will be invited to this tournament. The top 6 players will qualify for the Smash World Tour 2021 Finale.

The tournament was initially set to take place from September 25th-26th, but was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.^[1]

The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters.
