::I recommend reading the policy linked above in the section title or my comment. If you have a dispute about someone's revert, then bring it up on the page's or that user's talk page. And yes, it is okay to mention her censorship only once because it only needs once. You don't seem to understand how italics work, so let me explain: Italics are supposed to give a piece of text a ''tilted appearance'', and are often used for titles of pieces of media, such as books, movies, shows, video games, etc. (Not sure why exactly, I just know that's how you're supposed to format them)
Because hidden text is not supposed to be seen by editors, italic text (as well as '''bold text''') serves absolutely no purpose at all when used in hidden text and thus gives the page a few extra unnecessary bytes.
