Tournament History

Melee

Hiroshi began playing Melee the first day it came out. He didn't actually start playing with advanced techniques until his crewmate, vericz, starting to use them one day while they were smashing (Vericz knew about Smashboards and had been watching advanced videos). This eventually led Hiroshi and uuaa (another team Wato member) to discover Smashboards and advanced techniques.

The first tournament Hiroshi attended was MLG Orlando 2005 with uuaa. At the time, Hiroshi was known as "meleeprodigy", and uuaa as "flawless victory". They both did very poorly as they were just learning all of the advanced techniques. As time went on Hiroshi finally adopted "Hiroshi" as his new alias. Playing mostly with his crew members and a couple random tournaments in Kissimmee until finally Gigabits Lan Center starting hosting Melee tournaments. The first tournament was a FFA with items, but Hiroshi came prepared with a complete MLG ruleset and convinced the host to change the tournament to MLG standards. From that day, Gigabits held monthly Melee tourneys which is where Hiroshi got most of his experience.

Along with many other Melee tournaments in the central Florida region, Gigabits helped shape Hiroshi into what he is today. Hiroshi was formerly arguably the most dominant Sheik in Central Florida.

Brawl

For Brawl, Hiroshi mains Kirby and seems to be unable to play any other character. When he is not playing smash, Hiroshi is consumed with World of Warcraft which has become a major part of his life. At times he contemplates quitting Smash and putting more time into WoW. This remains to be seen however, even though he has quit smash several hundred times.
