Kirby (SSBM, SSBB), Jigglypuff (SSBB, SSB4), Pichu (SSBM), Diddy Kong (SSBB onwards), Charizard (SSBB), Squirtle (SSBB) all move their mouths when snoring. Pikachu does as well in SSBM and SSBB. And Jigglypuff animates its mouth the same way in SSB4)
