Since many of Pichu's moves (namely the ones that involve electricity) cause recoil, would that not count as a fighter ability? I want to counter that Jigglypuff's Balloon Shield Jump is listed as a fighter ability as well. There is also Hydrophobia (where Sonic, Inkling, Charizard, and Incineroar take damage whilst swimming). | |||
