Event Match 29: Triforce Gathering is the 29th event match of the 51 event matches in Super Smash Bros. Melee.
Link and Zelda team up to fight Ganondorf. The player is Link and the CPU-controlled teammate is Zelda, who aids the player with fighting Ganondorf, also a computer. If either Link or Zelda is KO'd, the event match ends in failure.
By successfully completing the match, Ganondorf will appear as a challenger (if he is not unlocked already), and the player (as Link) will have to fight him on Final Destination. Once Ganondorf is defeated, he is unlocked and thus playable.

Trivia
- The song playing in this event match is actually Great Bay's music. This song also plays on Temple during Adventure Mode.
- Additionally, when unlocking Ganondorf, the same song plays when fighting him despite taking place on Final Destination.
- The name refers to a recurring theme in the Zelda series where Link, Zelda, and Ganondorf possess the three parts of the Triforce (Courage, Wisdom, and Power, respectively).
