::::::Doing some digging through revision histories, and it seems possible that this IP has been doing this for ''nearly 5 years'' (since June 2015???). The first time I noticed severe edit warring in the same manner is [https://www.ssbwiki.com/index.php?title=Event_match&action=history&year=2016&month=11&tagfilter= here], and from there this same problem has been happening on that page to this day. The earliest edit I can find that matches the typical behavior of this IP is [https://www.ssbwiki.com/index.php?title=Event_match&diff=691477&oldid=684531 this], although the range is a bit different. A later edit that was made from an IP within this range is [https://www.ssbwiki.com/index.php?title=Event_match&diff=736008&oldid=704400 this]. In the archive Serena linked to [[Talk:Event match#Event Match getting vandalized by IPs|a discussion]] that shows users were complaining about this problem, and one IP [https://www.ssbwiki.com/Special:Contributions/174.24.222.54 was even permanently range blocked] for severe edit warring, yet this IP still hasn't stopped.
