| The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters. |
| When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the {{Trn}} template with the matching game specified. Please also fix old results on Smasher pages that do not abide to this standard. Refer to our Smasher article guidelines to see how results tables should be formatted. |

Heroes Vs. Villains (決戦！ ヒーロー VS ヴィラン), formatted as Heroes VS Villains in PAL regions, is an Online Tourney event with a theme of both heroic and villainous fighters. It ran from 6 a.m. on August 9, 2019 to 6 a.m. on August 12, 2019 (UTC). During the event, only certain characters can be chosen.
Description
North America
- It's a clash of good against evil! This tourney is on for a limited time and allows only certain fighters.
- The further you advance, the better the spirit you'll win![1]
PAL regions
- This time-limited Tourney exclusively features heroic and villainous fighters. It's the ultimate clash of good vs evil!
- The further you advance, the better the spirit you'll win![2]
