Line 1: Line 1:
Reflector is Fox's down B attack. He creates a shield around him which can deflect long-range attacks as long as the B button is held down. However, while this attack is being used, Fox is vulnerable to short-range attacks, so players have to be careful when fighting more than 1 enemy.
#REDIRECT Reflector (disambiguation)

The reflector is also a useful ability when used in the form of an attack. Sure it doesn't deal out too much damage, but it reflects the player who comes into contact with it. At higher damage levels, you can expect a well timed reflection, followed by another attack, to be an effective finishing blow. Oftentimes, a player can "volley" and opponent by continually reflecting them before they have a chance to touch the ground. Also, if an enemy is high enough up, and is reflected, oftentimes the enemy will launch off the screen vertically, thus you've gained yourself another kill.

This move is also used by Wolf and Falco in SSBB and SSBM.
