The '''Mummy''' is a recurring boss in the {{uv|Castlevania}} series. He occasionally plays the role of boss in some games, however that was mainly for early entries. After ''Symphony of the Night'' Mummie's became more of a common enemy type.

The Mummy appears as a [[background character]] in [[Dracula's Castle]]. He does not seem to interact with the fighters. The Mummy plays a minor role in [[Simon]] and [[Richter]]'s character reveal trailer "Vampire Killer," where he is seen with a second mummy slowly chasing [[Luigi]] through a castle hallway, one of the two Mummy's being shot in the face with a plunger by Luigi's Poltergust.
