GENESIS 6 is an upcoming supermajor tournament and the 6th edition of the GENESIS tournament series. It is set to take place in Oakland, California, from February 1st to the 3rd, 2019. The event will feature singles and doubles tournaments for Super Smash Bros., Super Smash Bros. Melee, and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and will also be a major event for Rivals of Aether and Splatoon 2. GENESIS 6 will also feature side events for Slap City, Magical Drop III, Dance Dance Revolution Extreme, and Windjammers (video game). It is notably the first supermajor tournament for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.

Super Smash Bros. 64 Doubles

The rules for Super Smash Bros. 64 doubles will differ from the usual doubles rules. There will be two doubles tournaments, one in which Kirby and Pikachu are banned (ZPK) and one in which all characters are legal.
