I doubt Zero Suit Samus is 198lbs, also, her page for her in the power suit says 198lbs, and I doubt that thing is made of gas. Samus' ideal body weight is 176 pounds, and it sould be easy to believe a futuristic suit of alien manufacture weighs only 22 pounds. I will go ahead ad put her weight as 176lbs, if other reviewers see this to be wrong or something please put speculated or something, but she definately is not 198lbs. oddeven2002: I belive that people are misinterpreting the SSB Brawl Trailer, It's not "Under certain cercumstances", it's "How/why she doesn't have her power suit". She will be sort of a Link/Young Link kind of deal. Two different Samus Arans characters in ssbb. One with a powersuit (The SSBM samus), and the other one without. I don't think it's going to be a Zelda/Shiek kind of thing, or anything of the sort.
:Given her build, I would put her at no more than 160 lbs, but that would be merely an estimate. - Gargomon251 (talk) 06:07, 28 May 2008 (UTC)

also stated is her hair color has been green and brown, nope, that is just Samus, she has never appeared with non-blond hair while in the Zero Suit, which she first was in the zero suit in 2004. SmashingJohn (talk) 00:43, 4 June 2008 (UTC)

the Zero Suit in it's blue form wasn't seen until Metroid: Zero Mission. although she runs around in an armorless suit in the first game, i don't really think that's a Zero Suit. what should we put as the debut for ZS Samus? FyreNWater 21:24, August 4, 2007 (EDT)
:Zero Mission. Justin Bailey and the swimsuit pictures are fanservice - the Zero Suit is making her look serious when without the Power Suit. It's like anti-fanservice. Perhaps a note can be added to the effect of "Zero Mission debuted the Zero Suit, but it's a tradition in Metroid games to see Samus without her armor on, usually when the game is completed in a short time." :::Actually, in Metroid you could use a suitless Samus with the gun whip thing-but do to graphic limitations and whatnot, Samus had green hair, and a redish whitish suit. I'm not sure if that could technically be considered Zero Suit Samus' debug, but that is intresting to note. Also, Metroid: Zero Mission is a Metroid remake, and Zero Suit Samus is technically the same person as Samus-so in a sense she debugged in Metroid even if you do not agree with me above. I think the best way to settle this is to put both Metroid and Metroid: Zero Mission as her debug. Anyone agree=??? Johnknight1 05:15, November 11, 2007 (EST)

I was thinking, shouldn't characters like Zero Suit Samus and Sheik be catagorized as "Special" or something? They aren't really so much starter or secret characters. I'm only saying that it sounds appropriate, given the circomstances

I think it's possible she'll be playable without using Samus's FS by holding A during the loading of a match, much similar to Sheik in Melee. M Shark 18:00, November 13, 2007 (EST)

New catagory

I was thinking, shouldn't characters like Zero Suit Samus and Sheik be catagorized as "Special" or something? They aren't really so much starter or secret characters. I'm only saying that it sounds appropriate, given the circomstances

Character availability

I think it's possible she'll be playable without using Samus's FS by holding A during the loading of a match, much similar to Sheik in Melee. M Shark 18:00, November 13, 2007 (EST)
