Mega Man (ロックマン, Rockman) is a playable character in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, officially confirmed on June 12th, 2018.
Changes from Super Smash Bros. 4
Aesthetics
- As with all veterans returning from SSB4, Mega Man's model features a more subdued color scheme. Some of the mechanical details on his body are more pronounced.
- Mega Man's Mega Buster now emits a small, ring-shaped particle upon firing.
Ground attacks
- Jab and forward tilt projectiles travel slightly more distance.
- Up smash (Spark Shock) has more active frames.
- Down smash has noticeably quicker start-up.
Aerial Attacks
- Neutral aerial projectiles travel a slightly higher distance.
- Forward aerial has less landing while dealing more damage and having much more knockback.
- Up, down, and back air have decreased landing lag, especially down air.
Special moves
