The PPS follows certain rules and requires certain qualifications for smashers to join. They are:
*"Almost all of us use AOL. Most of us use MSN."
*"Don't try to apply if the only character you can do is be a noob/camper"
*"Don't copy our name in the beginning, that is the only time we flame"
*"Don't flame people if you are a member, besides the 1 above"
*"Don't insult, or if you are going to insult, do it lightly, or just mute them from the chat/kick the person from the game"
*"Ask Boom, Cart, and/or KoRo to test to join"
*"If your a falcon user, ask Boom" :-)
*"There is a keyboard member, so you don't need to short hop, you just need to be able to combo well, z-cancel (mostly), or not be nubbish/bragger
