Hi, you cannot recreate prior deleted articles without discussing it and reaching consensus in favor of doing so. If you think a deleted article should be recreated, you must start up a new section on its [[Talk:Legacy XP|talk page]] proposing the recreation and explaining why you think the subject should have an article (or create the talk page and then do that if there isn't a preexisting talk page).
