Hi, you cannot recreate prior deleted articles without discussing it and reaching consensus in favor of doing so. If you think a deleted article should be recreated, you must start up a new section on its [[Talk:Legacy XP|talk page]] proposing the recreation and explaining why you think the subject should have an article (or create the talk page and then do that if there isn't a preexisting talk page). ::When a page has been deleted before, there's a warning at the top of the page when trying to create it that you have to blatantly overlook to not notice it, and it will include the deletion log explaining the page's deletion.
