-:::I'm not sure I understand the way you worded your question exactly, but to my knowledge the English translation of 竜穿 in everything Fates and SSB4 related is Dragon Fang, 100% consistently. And in terms of how "literal" it is, it seems to be a play on the part of 穿 that's 牙. But the point is mostly that SSB4 maintaining that localization doesn't really require us to go out of our way to point it out.
