:If I remember correctly, I used [http://www.evanolds.com/movtogifsimple.html this]. I think it just compresses the files automatically, as I have not seen an option to do it manually. I recorded the game from Dolphin with a screen-capture program, but I don't know if it was Fraps or Hypercam. I think Fraps. Fraps is way better than Hypercam anyways, but Hypercam is free and Fraps is not.
