Editing User:Ultimate Toad/Tier lists

These are my personal (casual) tier lists for ''[[Super Smash Bros.]]'' and ''[[Super Smash Bros. Melee]]''. Because Brawl, Project M, SSB4, and Ultimate have so many characters it would be too difficult for me to rank ''all'' of them so I left it out. The tier calculations are based on how well I play as them, how well the CPUs play as them, and how good they are in tournaments. This probably is not going to mean anything to competitive players but for casuals and my skill level the two this will probably be of some use... maybe.
