There were lots of instances of us Brawling after this, but none were particularly notable, as I was yet to win. I came relatively close though :P

But even after Omega Tyrant disappeared from the Wiki, we still found opportunities to Brawl again. While I obviously lost most, I've actually racked up some wins, beating new main Lucario with Toon Link, and also beating his Ganondorf with the same chap, bringing justice to Hyrule.

I finally got one more chance to play him before the Wi-Fi went down, using my new main R.O.B. I still never actually won a match, but as per usual, I came close at the start, before gradually performing worse. My Olimar did surprisingly well, and I had a lot of fun in a King Dedede vs Bowser before ruining it by self-destructing.

I would give myself a positive matchup over Smash Master, but at this moment, not an especially strong one. I might play him another time with the Blu Tack off, and hopefully with some more shielding on both ends.

User
Yes, there's finally another British user on the wiki! Scr7 claimed to be pro-amateur on his userpage, so even though pro-amateur level is hardly semi-pro or professional level, I expected to be pretty much mullered in every match. I don't remember that much of my first batch of Brawls against Scr7, but there was an unusually high amount of lag for a Brit-on-Brit clash, and while Scr7 won more often than I did, I wasn't blown away by his ability.
Brawling him for a second session, he was again a good Meta Knight, though unspectacular. When I played his Meta Knight, we would both go into the high percentages of damage on our last stock. Scr7 beat my Toon Link and Mario once with Meta Knight, and I later beat him with Toon Link. I suppose I'd give myself a -1 matchup against his Meta Knight.
There's variety when it comes to his other characters though. While I may be mistaken, I believe Falco is Scr7's secondary main, as he generally chooses Falco second. I regularly beat his Falco as Mario, partially thanks to Cape. Our most recent 1v1 as these characters resulted in a 2-stock win for me. I've lost a close match against his Fox, and a not-so-close match against his Pikachu. I hadn't fought anybody especially competent with these characters at the time, so I may fare better in future.
Overall, I can see why Scr7 would consider himself pro-amateur, there were times I noticed good knowledge of move choice, like when he angled Pikachu's forward tilt to try and get through my shield, and general Meta Knight skill. If he is a pro-amateur though, he's only just there. Unless he's just reeeeally not used to lag. Which would be odd for someone who lives in a country with no tournament scene beyond the capital city and regularly challenges wiki users to Brawls.
Chilex
Aside from a handful of Brawls with Scr7, Chilex was the first user that I brawled after becoming a R.O.B. main, and I would say I did pretty well. The guy digs the Fire Emblem characters, and mains Marth, with an Ike on the side. There was a Meta Knight at one point too, but I gave it a good mullering. The Marth was pretty good, and was able to hit me with all of his Counters, managing to win a couple of matches. I won more though, perhaps because a character with no projectiles will naturally struggle when faced with my onslaught of Robo Beams and Gyros. Chilex learned to perfect shield the Gyros, but he regularly fell for the Robo Lasers. Generally, if my Robo Lasers didn't connect, it was because I missed, not because he defended himself. I did lose one match partly because I was distracted by someone in a Skype call, but I got a well-deserved No Johns in response.
Funnily enough, Chilex actually won more matches with Ike than he lost. Although I was dealing more attacks throughout, a R.O.B. has to work very hard to KO a heavy character, while Ike just needs a little swish of the sword. I think this cost me in the end, but I still won one of the three matches. I did also win a match with Mario and Olimar, but lost badly with Toon Link.
I noticed a few flaws with Chilex while I played. On occasion, I would start charging a smash attack while completely idle, and Chilex would blindly walk into it and get himself killed. I think I got him with two or three fully charged forward smashes. Something else which held him back; giving up. If Inazuma Eleven has taught me anything, it's to never give up. Chilex was in some pretty diar situations (two stocks down, I'm at 53%), but there's always a chance. I never give up in a Brawl, and I like it when my opponent has the same attitude.
Chilex was still a good opponent, and I was glad to have played him while I still had the chance. You can watch our matches here.
User
I added ReiDemon's friend code way back in 2011. In fact he was one of the first people I ever added on Brawl. We tried to Brawl, but we just couldn't connect, no matter how hard we tried. Over the years, I filled out my friend roster completely, and I had to delete somebody whenever I needed to add a new friend. Despite this, even though I'd never brawled ReiDemon, I could never bring myself to delete him. Partly because his icon on the roster was cool, partly because... well he's a bloody awesome guy.
So you can bet I was surprised when he asked me for a Brawl, the very day before the Wi-Fi was set to go down. I thought to myself; "a chance to Brawl one of the very first people in my friend list, who I've gone my entire life without fighting? Damn straight I'll play!"
Of course, ReiDemon had gotten quite out of practice at the game, and I started things off by 2-stocking him with Bowser. He progressively got better though, and started putting up more of a fight. Towards the end, he even won a few matches, including a three-stock! I won the final match quite convincingly by using R.O.B., but I felt very pleased just to have actually played against the guy. My Wi-Fi can die a happy man.
