'''Disclaimer''': Most of the lists you will see on this page are based on information found on unofficial lists online (more specifically, Wikipedia of Japan). It is possible some of these lists may not be 100% accurate, so please take them with a grain of salt.
This page is currently a '''Work in Progress'''.

This page is a dumping ground for games from companies that currently do not have a fighter in ''Super Smash Bros.'', but do have at least one of their franchises represented in the series in some way.

For a company to have its own folder on this page, it must follow these 3 qualifications:
*They have published at least one game of any of their ''Smash''-represented universes on a Nintendo console. (e.g. Paon has only published games on the Nintendo DS, but none of them are a ''Glory of Heracles'' title, therefore Paon does not get a folder)
**Predecessors of merger companies are fair game, however (e.g. the original Tecmo gets a folder as they are the original owners of the ''Fatal Frame'' series, even though only Koei Tecmo has published a ''Fatal Frame'' title on a Nintendo console, whereas the original Tecmo has not published a ''Fatal Frame'' title on a Nintendo console).
*If their only universes have a Nintendo-published installment, they must have published a minimum of two games on a Nintendo console. (e.g. The ''Chalien'' series's first installment is ''Chee-Chai Alien'', which was published by Creatures Inc. However, as that was the only title they have ever published, Creatures does not get a folder)
*Their represented universe has to be recognized as its own universe. If the universe represented is exclusively tied to another universe, the company won't get a folder. (e.g. Koei's ''Warriors'' franchise is represented via three ''Hyrule Warriors'' spirits. However, as all of them are categorized under ''The Legend of Zelda'' series, it does not count as a direct representation of the ''Warriors'' franchise, therefore Koei does not get a folder)

Do note that this page will only be updated every quarter of the year (i.e. once March ends, the page will be updated to include games released in January, February, and March. Once June ends, it will be updated to include games released in April, May, and June. So on and so forth).
