| **Predecessors of merger companies are fair game, however (e.g. the original Tecmo gets a folder as they are the original owners of the ''Fatal Frame'' series, even though only Koei Tecmo has published a ''Fatal Frame'' title on a Nintendo console, whereas the original Tecmo has not published a ''Fatal Frame'' title on a Nintendo console).

| *If their only universes have a Nintendo-published installment, they must have published a minimum of two games on a Nintendo console. (e.g. The ''Chalien'' series's first installment is ''Chee-Chai Alien'', which was published by Creatures Inc.
