Ultra Luigi is an American smasher and competitive Luigi main who is currently ranked 23rd on the SoCal Power Rankings. A longtime veteran of the competitive game, Ultra Luigi has competed in both the SoCal and Washington communities over the years. He once upset Ken in a local event.
