The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters. |
When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the Trn template with the matching game specified. Please also fix old results on Smasher pages that do not abide to this standard. Refer to our Smasher article guidelines to see how results tables should be formatted. |

Tournament Go 6 was a Super Smash Bros. Melee national tournament held by Matt Deezie in San Jose, California, during August 21st-22nd, 2004. It was the final tournament of the Tournament Go series, and with a total of 112 entrants for singles, it was the largest Melee tournament at the time before it was surpassed by MOAST 3. It was also the first Smash tournament to break the hundred-entrant mark. This tournament was notable for Ken placing 9th in Melee singles (losing to Sastopher and DSF), his worst placing ever prior to his initial retirement from Smash in 2008, and was also the first time that Ken failed to win Melee singles. Matt Deezie spent $1,250 of his own money renting out a venue and also drove 15 or so people from the San Jose airport to the tournament. | Tournament Go 6 was a [[Super Smash Bros.
