'''SWT: Oceania Ultimate Online Qualifier''' was the second ''[[Super Smash Bros. Ultimate]]'' qualifier for Phase One of the [[Smash World Tour 2021]]. It was region-locked to Australia and New Zealand. The top twelve players of the main bracket and the top four players from the Last Chance Qualifier were invited to the Phase Two tournament SWT: Oceania Melee & Ultimate Regional Finals.
