'''NorCal Regionals 2013''', or simply '''NCR 2013''', was the eleventh edition of the [[NorCal Regionals (tournament series)|NorCal Regionals]] tournament series, a fighting game tournament held annually in northern California, organized by Terry "Kineda" Ng and famous {{s|wikipedia|Street Fighter}} player John Choi. The tournament took place on April 26th-28th, 2013, at the Domain Hotel in Sunnyvale. As part of the [[EVO 2013|Road to EVO 2013]] tournament circuit, NCR featured all eight official EVO games on its lineup, including [[Super Smash Bros.
