This tournament stirred up some controversy as the huge pot bonus combined with the clash of multiple tournaments at such short notice made some tournaments like {{Trn|Tipped Off 12}} and {{Trn|Port Priority 2}} have poor attendance, simply because of the conflict this tournament brought. The tournament organizer of Tipped Off 12 sold his house to allow himself to run financially.
