The Final Battle | The Final Battle is the final area in World of Light unlocked after defeating Dharkon in The Dark Realm. In this area, Galeem and Dharkon are fighting for full control, but are also seeking to destroy the fighters, creating a three-way battle that decides the fate of the universe. | ||
The area is split into two parts, a Light side and a Dark side. Each spirit from one side matches one from the other side. There is initially one unlockable fighter on each side, as well as one Master Hand and one Crazy Hand, with Galeem and Dharkon at the top right and top left respectively. The color of the background also matches the two sides. Defeating more opponents (not just spirits) from one side will grant the other side more power, causing the background to move to favor that side. Defeating enough of one side's opponents will create a path to that side's boss (e.g. defeating enough Light opponents will cause the dark half of the background to move all the way to Galeem, and also create a path to Galeem). Defeating one of the bosses results in a bad ending where the opposite side seizes control. | The area is split into two parts, a Light side and a Dark side.
