The player must choose a character and initially take on {{SSB4|Sonic}} and {{SSB4|Mega Man}}. After one opponent is defeated or after a certain amount of time has passed (one minute in hard), {{SSB4|Pac-Man}} appears, and {{SSB4|Mario}} appears after another one is defeated or time has passed (one minute thirty seconds in hard). Defeating all opponents clears the event.

After one opponent is defeated or after a certain amount of time has passed (one minute in hard), {{SSB4|Pac-Man}} appears, and {{SSB4|Mario}} appears after another one is defeated or time has passed(one minute thirty seconds in hard). Defeating all opponents clears the event.
This event is unlocked by clearing {{SSB4|The Final Battle}}. Completing the event does not unlock any further paths.
 
Clearing the event on hard difficulty awards the Souflee [[trophy]] on the [[List of challenges (SSB4-Wii U)|challenge board]], in addition to 10000[[Coins (collectable)|G]].

*The music used in this event, ''{{SSB4MusicLink|Super Smash Bros.|Master Hand}}'', normally plays on {{SSB4|Final Destination}}, rather than Battlefield.
*Mario, Sonic, and Pac-Man are all mascots of [[Nintendo]], [[Sega]], and [[Namco]] respectively, whereas Mega Man, while not used as a corporate mascot, is one of [[Capcom]]'s most iconic characters and seen by some fans as an unofficial mascot.
**This makes the event similar to [[Event 41: The FINAL Final Battle]] in ''Brawl'', where the player had to beat {{SSBB|Mario}}, {{SSBB|Sonic}}, and {{SSBB|Snake}}, the prior two of which are mascots of Nintendo and Sega respectively, while the latter is considered an unofficial mascot of [[Konami]] by fans.
