Something that keeps bugging me about this and the speedy deletion template is the fact that if you put it on a user page it will say "This article is being considered for deletion" blah blah blah. But....user pages aren't articles lol (or are they?). Yeah I know extremely minor nitpick that you'll almost never care about especially since for the most part any user page that gets tagged for deletion usually gets through (I think there's only been one time it didn't), but I think it would be better if the
#default
text is changed from "article" to "page" which would be an acceptable catchall for stuff in the mainspace as well. Thoughts? - EndGenuity (talk) 03:34, 10 July 2017 (EDT)

:I'm against it, generally because calling any article that's not a userpage a "page" is generally a pretty big pet peeve of mine. It sounds less professional than "article" overall to me. Plus, changing a template for just one part of SmashWiki seems pretty over-dramatic, if you ask me. Disaster Flare (talk) 03:44, 10 July 2017 (EDT)
