While it does seem like TSM really did change their name to TSM FTX according to a bunch of news articles, almost every website and wiki, including TSM's very own website, still uses TSM. I'd say make a note on the name change but keep "Team SoloMid" as the title, or maybe shorten it to the more common "TSM".
