Owned by Andrey Yanyuk (Reynad), the team began as a ''Hearthstone'' team in 2014 and was initially centred around said game. Tempo Storm entered the Fighting Game Community on March 10, 2015 with the sponsorship of Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 top player Christopher "NYChrisG" Gonzalez.
