| '''Team Curse''' ('''Crs''') is an American eSports organization sponsored by the gaming network portal, Curse Inc. The organization is mostly known for having a very successful ''League of Legends'' division. In April 11th, 2014, Team Curse opened a division for top professional ''[[Melee]]'' players, choosing to sponsor the longtime veteran {{Sm|Chillin}} as the first player.<ref>[http://smashboards.com/threads/curse-starts-pro-ssbm-team-picks-up-chillindude829.352492/ Thread on the recruitment of Chillin]</ref> One week later, they recruited {{Sm|Hungrybox}}, one of the Five Gods, as their second ''Smash'' player. MacD joined later as a player manager but eventually left three months later. On January 6th, 2015, Team Curse merged with [[Team Liquid]], transferring the entire player roster in the process. Team Curse has ceased to exist since then.
