The founders of MVG are Gregg Mondesir and James Woods. MVG is managed by a group including the founders, and affiliated organizations including Lofton Global Management and J. Woods Enterprise. {{Sm|Mew2King}} is a minority owner, owning 10% of MVG. Aside from Mew2King, many other top ''Smash'' players were once MVG members, but were free to discuss with professional sponsors and to stay within MVG even after signing.
