'''Moist Esports''' ('''Moist''') is an esports organization run by popular [[Twitch]] streamer and YouTuber {{Sm|Cr1TiKaL}} and co-owned by fellow streamer and YouTuber {{Sm|Ludwig}}. The team was created on August 11th, 2021 and was originally intended to fund {{Sm|Kola}}'s campaign for {{Trn|Smash Ultimate Summit 3}}.<ref>{{cite web|url=https://twitter.com/MoistCr1TiKaL/status/1427349513170300941|title=Kola in Smash Ultimate Summit 3}}</ref> However, due to the popularity of Cr1TiKaL and the recruitment of other popular top players such as {{Sm|moky}} and {{Sm|Light|p=Connecticut}}, Moist Esports quickly became one of the most recognizable teams in the ''Smash'' scene.
'''Moist Esports''' ('''Moist''') is an esports organization run by popular [[Twitch]] streamer and YouTuber {{Sm|Cr1TiKaL}} and co-owned by fellow streamer and YouTuber {{Sm|Ludwig}}. The team was created on August 11th, 2021, with {{Sm|Kola}} being their first player. The team currently consists of nine members, six of whom are ''Smash'' players.

On January 25th, 2023, Ludwig joined as a co-owner and later established his branch of the team, '''Moist Moguls''' ('''MxM'''), with the team signing {{Sm|Zain}} on April 6th, 2023 and moky joining the branch afterwards. This branch was dissolved on September 30th of the same year after Ludwig merged the team with ''Valorant'' team Shopify Rebellion, while the team's signed players were absorbed into the main team.
When {{Trn|Smash Ultimate Summit 3}} was announced, Cr1TiKaL made sure Kola would get into the event by campaigning and buying votes in Smash Ultimate Summit 3. Due to the popularity of Cr1TiKaL and the recruitment of other popular top players such as {{Sm|moky}} and {{Sm|Light|p=Connecticut}}, Moist Esports quickly became one of the most recognizable teams in the ''Smash'' scene.

Despite its young lifespan, Moist Esports already has several major tournament wins under its belt. These tournament wins include {{Trn|Super Smash Con: Fall Fest}} and {{Trn|MomoCon 2022}} which were won by Light, and {{Trn|CEO 2021}} which was won by Kola.
