I still find the waft more useful to use when it's half charged since it doesn't send Wario too far vertically but the full charge is best when one has enough vertical clearance so it doesn't make him SD from it. Half Charged Wario wafts should be used on the ground to push away enemies, and fully charged WWs should be used to recover or knock someone further away from the edge. how do you charge it? it never works for me.

after two minets will he do a big one  or do you have to start off the charging?

I would find this very usful.
