Highest ranked Terry players in Europe should be added as a significant players, no?
:First, I have to emphasize that it's '''historically''' significant, not just significant, meaning that players added to these sections have seen consistent notable results at a national level and above for a long period of time. This was made so that we wouldn't have these sections crowded with every player that has seen at least one good result, which not only just bloats up the section but also makes the entire section moot when the category pages do that significantly better.

:Second, I don't like the idea of adding players solely because they were ranked on a power ranking, especially when we don't know how notable they are in the grand scheme of things. It's one of the major flaws that caused these sections to be bloated before we overhauled it - we were adding any player who was ranked on any notable ranking, and not looking at their performance in the grand scheme of things. Exceptions, however, are often made if a player is ranked high enough (eg top 50) on a notable global ranking such as the PGR.
