When watching a video about vertical recovery, one person commented "But he forgot that Inkling's Up Special goes higher when there's less Ink in the tank." How true is this statement?

:I decided to test this out. I had one Inkling with a full tank, and another with a completely empty one. From what I can tell, there doesn't seem to be any difference (and if there is one, it's probably too small to make that much of a difference), so this comment is likely misinformed.
