::::Well No. 2 isn't an option because it's debatable which is more important out of its enemy and Assist Trophy roles, but I really can't decide between #1 and #3. ::::Personally I'll like to leave it as is. Still keep "Starman" as an redirect to an disambiguation. Considering the tag is still up, should we still consider renaming/moving this page? &#32;Wolff (talk) 17:11, June 22, 2019 (EDT)
(I assume this goes here?) The tag is up, supporting this for the previous reasons given, as well as the one on the move proposal itself. Even back in the day, Starman was a rare name to see on the Mario star. I more commonly saw "Power Star" back then. --<span style="color: #e68;">Plague</span><span style="color: #e68;"> von Karma</span> 19:01, July 26, 2023 (EDT)

:It's an awkward case that just depends on your definitions. Is a ROM designed for a North American NES, being released as a Virtual Console game equivalently to actual North American NES ROMs, a release "for the NES"? I would say yes, but it depends on one's definitions. If anyone else wants to weigh in on this ridiculously minor point, go for it. :Yeah, definitely, it's the wording that's minutely problematic. Like we can say that Mother/Earthbound Beginnings and The Mysterious Murasame Castle are NES games. But actual console of origin for Starman and Takamaru is the Famicom. Smashedpotatoes (talk) 17:00, 25 November 2015 (EST)

:Lol, this is really hard and really minor and I'm curious what others have to say too. Smashedpotatoes (talk) 17:01, 25 November 2015 (EST)
::I... don't see why it matters. But I would say Famicom. <small>---Preceding unsigned comment added by <font color="brown">a turkey</font>! Or maybe DatNuttyKid.</small>  17:42, 25 November 2015 (EST)
:::The way I see it, the situation with EarthBound Beginnings is basically an exaggerated version of Pit's and Samus's situations, where their game was released for the Famicom before the NES (or at least an NES emulator). 17:46, 25 November 2015 (EST)
