'''Oppose''' While it is true that the region is small, that shouldn't bar it from being allowed on the wiki. That said, Vietnam actually has two PRs. The region is split due to distance. The other PR doesn't appear to be on the wiki yet, but once it is I think it should be merged with this one onto one central Vietnam page.
