:The current policy is we use the pronouns of the more prominently displayed variation in situations like this. Villager's official art is male, so we use male pronouns, while we use female ones for Wii Fit Trainer for the same reason. While the official artwork here shows both versions, the reveal trailer and poster both emphasize the male version, with the trailer making it clear that female Robin is the alternate version. Miles does have a point. Both Villager and Wii Fit Trainer use the male and female pronouns (respectively), and since Male Robin is more focused on in the trailer, it seems reasonable to just have male pronouns.

Apparently during the demo build that was made playable recently someone experienced a little something odd. while playing as robin they ran out of attacks and robin dropped the Levin Sword to pull out the Bronze One. == Robin's combo finisher & other observations ==

I'm not sure I want to try editing the wiki directly during the "new game rush" (so to speak), so I'll just bring this up here and let others experiment/verify.

I'm playing in Japanese on the 3DS, and several of these lines aren't consistent with my testing.

* ''The type of tome Robin has equipped changes the effects of some of his standard attacks, such as the neutral combo, which can finish with a fiery blast, or repeated Elwind slashes.''

I'm not sure this is actually what's happening.  When I perform a combo with Robin, the neutral combo finisher appears to be based on his/her proximity to opponents, and '''Robin changes his tome based on the finisher he uses''' (not the other way around).  It seems that if the first two slashes of the combo hit, it's always wind slashes (tome changes to Elwind).  Otherwise, it's a fire blast (and tome becomes Arcfire).  They do, however, require the tome to be available.  If I use up Elwind, then I can do fire blast in close proximity to enemies.  If I use up both Arcfire and Elwind, I have no combo finisher.

In addition to the above about combo finishers, the tome also changes to announce when a used-up tome has returned (this is accompanied by a visual effect and animation).  Likewise for the Levin sword.

* ''Both of these moves appear to have electric properties, even when Robin does not have the Thunder tome equipped.'' (the two moves mentioned appear to be his Down Smash (the forward is a stab) and Aerial Up)

I think the electric properties are present on all attacks that use the Levin sword.  This would be smash attacks (which change it to the Levin sword) and aerial attacks (which use the current sword).  If you perform aerial attacks with the normal sword (or if you break the Levin sword and try smashes), they are not electric.

== Durability Notes ==

Just made an account to add some measurements I made, so this is probably formatted wrong, sorry. I found it useful that you have the number of uses before breakage listed here, but not how long it takes to regain the items, or if uses recover over time without breakage. The answer to those questions are, respectively: Thunder 10 seconds, Arcfire 10 seconds, Elwind 6 seconds, Levin Sword 6 seconds, Nosferatu 40 seconds, and no, uses don't recharge unless the item breaks so you are better off finishing it off. Times don't appear to change for custom variants, though in the case of Thunder+, the durability stats change to: Max Durability = 10, Thunder use = 1, Elthunder use = 2.5, Arcthunder use = 4, Thoron use = 10.
