SSB4 past stages were never called 'familiar stages'. In the Direct, the 'familiar stages' was merely a statement to the audience saying that these stages are familiar, since they've appeared in Smash before. I don't believe the fact that a stage is in more than one game is the basis for its own article. Almost all of the information on the page is listed in nearly the same format on [[stage]].
