The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters. |
When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the Trn template with the matching game specified. Please also fix old results on Smasher pages that do not abide to this standard. Refer to our Smasher article guidelines to see how results tables should be formatted. |

== Eight starters required to unlock this stage? == | == Eight starters required to unlock this stage? == | ||
I used Mario to unlock Ness, then Luigi to unlock Captain Falcon, then Pikachu to unlock Jigglypuff, and played through the 1P Mode with Donkey Kong, Link, Samus, Yoshi, and Kirby in that order, and unlocked the Mushroom Kingdom without ever playing as Fox in the 1P Mode. This makes it hard to believe that one must play as the 8 starter characters in 1P mode to unlock the stage. I think that any 8 out of the full roster of 12 are eligible, including secret characters. I am using the North American cartridge version. Is this consistent with anyone else's experience? <small>—Preceding unsigned comment added by 184.97.67.178 (talk • contribs) 22:22, 25 April | I used Mario to unlock Ness, then Luigi to unlock Captain Falcon, then Pikachu to unlock Jigglypuff, and played through the 1P Mode with Donkey Kong, Link, Samus, Yoshi, and Kirby in that order, and unlocked the Mushroom Kingdom without ever playing as Fox in the 1P Mode. I'm surprised this page makes no mention of it, and I'm not actually sure how to go about it, but I think we should have some sort of listing for the animations in SSB64 that each character has when entering a Warp Pipe. Not only is the animation unique with every character, but a lot of them are even references; Mario assumes his NES pose, Samus goes down an elevator, Kirby enters a cannon, etc. <small>CrazyNaut (talk • contribs) 1:42, January 26, | I'm surprised this page makes no mention of it, and I'm not actually sure how to go about it, but I think we should have some sort of listing for the animations in SSB64 that each character has when entering a Warp Pipe.
