I'm of the opinion that throws that shoot projectiles should not count as a multi-hit throw, but I can see the argument for it. Discuss. Toomai Glittershine The Yoshi 10:08, 13 November 2015 (EST)

:I think Fox and Falco's down throws should at least be on there. I don't see a practical difference between them and Charizard's. Zyrac (talk) 10:19, 13 November 2015 (EST)

::Well mechanically Fox and Falco shoot projectiles but Charizard doesn't (it's a repeating hitbox like Ness's). My gripe with Falco in particular is that his blaster throws change depending on his neutral custom, which makes things quite messy. :I don't have particularly strong feelings on the subject, but I don't get why those wouldn't fall into the definition of "a throw that does damage in multiple parts." :As long as the extra hits are unavoidable, I think they count, as it does fit the raw definition. ::My main issue is that the throw itself only does damage once, and then there's some extra stuff on top of that. I mean I wouldn't have a problem if people decide to do that, but it feels to me like they should at least be in their own category on the page or something. Okay so... I was thinking we should include all throws that have at least two hits and exclude any throws that have additional hits after the throw, like the up throws of Fox and Falco and Mewtwo's forward throw. I'm suggesting this because it's easy to DI away from the projectiles. :Fair enough compromise. ::I'll probably get to it after I hear what other users have to say. == Multi-hit throws in SSB ==
Since when did SSB had multi-hit throws? All I know that it's been there since Melee.  Juju1995 (talk) 17:04, 30 November 2015 (EST)
Throws with a single attacking hitbox shouldn't count
Should throws with a single attacking hitbox be even included here (not including throws with a single hitbox that deals multiple damage as they still count)? I think multi-hit throws should apply to throws that have more than one attacking hitboxes, like Kirby's down throw and Cloud's up throw. Juju1995 (talk) 13:38, March 22, 2021 (EDT)
:I think you're taking the title a little too literally. The main idea behind this article is that it covers any throw which deals damage multiple times to its victim, so the throw would also be considered a "hit" in this case. The very first sentence of the article makes it pretty clear what the article is about, so I don't think this is an issue. == Relevance? ==
What purpose does this page have? Wouldn't it be better if not still irrelevant to add that to the throws' pages? I don't see why this page exists in the first place. Hitbox Enthusiast Zeck (talk) 16:41, March 22, 2021 (EDT)
