| == Rename this page to "Milestone" and make a new article for patch notes/DLC announcements ==
| |
|
| |
| In Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, notices are called "milestones". This fact is acknowledged already. What isn't acknowledged yet is *why*: because "Notices" now refer to the patch notes and DLC announcements accessible from the main menu. The ones that have exclamation points in yellow speech balloons marking them as unread.

|
| |
| I admit to having a personal motive to wanting this article renamed to "Milestone": because there really needs to be instructions on how to mark a Notice (patch notes and/or DLC announcement) as read and remove the annoying yellow exclamation point from it. Simply opening it, scrolling to the bottom, and pressing A to view the image does not work in either game. Google searching does not find anything about it at all.

|
| |
| If it is indeed impossible to mark a Notice as read, then I won't care as much about renaming this page.

| == Smash Ultimate Battle Milestones Proof?==
| |
| Is there a source for the 100,000 and 1,000,000 matches milestones in Smash Ultimate? The text for them doesn't appear in the Milestones text dump and I have not seen them anywhere else on the internet, and someone recorded themselves reaching 100,000 and didn't get a milestone: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o95udmP_98M
