Editing Talk:List of SSBM tier lists (PAL)

Here's the real question I have about this page:  Is this based on the differences in the NTSC and PAL versions, or is it simply a tier list made by different people?  I'm pretty sure it's the former, but that should be cleared up while we're discussing if this article should be merged. -Title tells all. PAL differences can be pretty big sometimes, and I feel that we should show that. For example, on Fox's infobox, for tier, it would say "S (1) (NTSC)" and also "SS (1) (PAL)" Does anyone else agree with this? Or do we not have that because this wiki is not really European?
