There are only two real differences between this stage on 3DS and Wii U: the addition of a stage boss and a few platforms at the bottom (note how the 3DS version's platforms are added to, not replaced). In what way does that warrant splitting the page? The vast majority of the elements (most of the layout, setting and aesthetic, name, music) overlap exactly. ::Those two differ not only in name and music, as you identified, but the platforms that appear also move differently. Gaur Plain's retained platforms are identical. On top of that, Wily Castle differs slightly between 3DS and Wii U (Bright Man platforms vs. Guts Man platforms); does that warrant a split too? Or Boxing Ring because of the added screen design in the background? I really don't feel like these tweaks between the versions warrant separate pages.
