The stage is not called Final Destination. It looks nothing like the Final Destinations of Melee and Brawl. The only similarites are the flat platformless plains and the fact that MH is fought here. There is no reason to call it Final Destination.
"Master Hand's Residence" on the other hand, is a much better title. Why? Because that is the stage's function.
