I'm afraid Corrin's counter OHKO's far earlier than a 40% hitbox. There is a video titled "Corrin's Bull**** Counter" which shows corrin countering a variety of attacks and OHKOing, most of which deal closer to 30%. While the damage multiplier may be third strongest, the base knockback value of 90 gives it stupid KO power at earlier damages, letting it OHKO attacks that other counters do not OHKO.
