*Stage 2 - Golden Plains, Mushroomy Kingdom, Gerudo Valley, Brinstar
*Stage 3 - Yoshi's Island, Mute City, Reset Bomb Forest, Wily Castle
*Stage 4 - Dream Land, Corneria, WarioWare, Inc., Green Hill Zone
*Stage 5 - Spirit Train, Unova Pokemon League, Magicant
*Stage 6 - 3D Land, Distant Planet, Tortimer Island
*Stage 7 - Rainbow Road, Prism Tower, Arena Ferox, Gaur Plain

==Exclusive stage modifications==
So I've noticed that there are some stages that behave differently only in All-Star Mode in ''SSB4-3DS'', different to both the standard and Omega forms (even with items off). There are probably more, but here's what I've noticed:
*In [[WarioWare, Inc.]], microgames never occur.
*In [[Green Hill Zone]], checkpoint lampposts never appear.
*On [[Tortimer Island]], fruits do not grow.
*On [[Magicant]], [[Flying Man|Flying Men]] do not appear.

So, by finding the Japanese direct, I noticed that Sakurai himself [https://youtu.be/ir98bJkma_4?t=14m22s also mentions the Assist Trophies figuring in to All-Star]. In spite of knowing little Japanese, my assumption based on this is that it ''was'' a cut feature, but I want to hear what the direct translation is from someone who happens to speak the language.
